If I ever build us a house

If I ever build us a house, I would love to make it nice and warm.

The light will be yellow and I will fill it with many flowers, what flowers do you like? rose, or peony? mine are lavender. The scent of lavender could swirl around the house and hug us together, bonding.

I always imagine our home when it’s Christmas, and how we build our Christmas tree together, is that nice? Then we can sit by the fireplace, sipping hot cocoa with marshmallows, the cracking of the fire blending with our laughter.

We’ll have a cozy reading nook by the window, where we can curl up with our favorite books on lazy afternoons. I’ll touch your eyebrows down to your pointed nose, and soft blankets and fluffy pillows will invite us to relax and unwind.

Our kitchen will be the heart of our home, where we’ll cook together, try new recipes, cook our favorite foods, and share stories from our day. The aroma of freshly baked bread and brewed coffee will fill the air, making our house feel even more like a true home.

We’ll have a garden in the backyard to plant our favorite herbs and vegetables. Imagine spending weekends tending to our little patch of earth, watching our plants thrive under our care. Maybe we’ll even have a small pond with colorful fish, adding a touch of tranquility to our outdoor space.

Our bathroom will be a serene retreat, with a large tub for soaking away the stresses of the day. We’ll also have a shower with a rainhead, so it feels like we’re standing under a gentle waterfall.

In the evenings, we’ll have movie nights in our living room, cuddled up on a plush sofa with a bowl of popcorn. We’ll watch our favorite films and discover new ones, laughing, crying, and simply enjoying each other’s company.
